People always get confused about linking their PAN with Aadhar card, to clear there confusion you need to follow given steps. There are two way through which you can linked your aadhar card with PAN first is by visiting e-filling portal and second is by sending SMS.

Step 1: First you have to visit official Income Tax e-filling portal. i.e www.incometax.gov.in

Step 2: On the home page you will get many option, click on ‘Link Aadhaar’ under the quik links.

How to Link PAN with Aadhar card via SMS

This is second methods through which you can easily link your aadhar card with PAN. For that you will need mobile number which is register with your PAN card number.

You have to type an SMS in the given format UIBPAN<12 digit aadhar number><10 digit PAN number> and send it to 567678 OR 56161.
