However, both the Current Account as well as Savings Account holders can find the customer ID on their cheque book if they have received it by post and their account name is printed on it. 3. How to Find City Union Bank Customer ID through Net Banking

City Union Bank provides internet banking facility for retail as well as corporate customers . The net banking kit will be delivered by post to their registered address. On the kit you will find your customer ID for registration of net banking. If you are going to register for net banking, then you should go with customer ID associated with name of current account.

Step 1: First you need to visit City Union Bank official net banking portal i.e www.cityunionbank.com

Step 2: On the page click on ‘Login‘ option. Under login you have to select ‘Personal Banking‘ option.

Step 3: Enter your user ID which you received with the credential kit. Click on the ‘Continue’.

Step 4: After that enter your new password you created and user ID to login your into account. Once you login you will get customer ID.

4. City Union Bank Customer ID using Account Statement

Step 1: You have to Login CUB net banking using your user ID and password.

Step 2: Once you login to net banking, click on ‘Account Summary‘ option

Step 3: Under account summary, you will find account statement and click on it. You can also download account statement through email.

Step 4: Select the period for account statement, and click on ‘Go‘. You may download the file or generate pdf file, which contains your bank customer ID.
