How to fill up Canara bank RTGS/NEFT [New] Form?
The latest updated form by Canara Bank provides section for both Remitter’s as well as beneficiary’s details.
In Remitter’s details, you have to fill up your own account details or the account from which the money is to be transferred.
- Remitter’s details to be filled up as below
- Name of Remitter
- Account number
- Cheque number
- Mobile number
Beneficiary’s details to be filled up as below
- Name of Beneficiary
- Beneficiary account number
- IFSC Code
- Bank Name
- Branch Name
The signature in the end should match with remitting account holder’s signature. If you have proprietorship account and provided ‘stamp’ of your proprietorship, then you will have to sign with the stamp.
Canara Bank RTGS/NEFT FAQ
Ans: In terms of RTGS, the amount will be transferred and settled in real time i.e., immediately. For NEFT transaction, the time varies according to batches. Recently RBI has increased number of NEFT batches to 23-half hourly batches starting from 8 am in morning to 7 pm in the evening. Hence the NEFT transaction might take about half hour to an hour to settle.
Ans: No. You will have to provide cheque along with RTGS/NEFT form in order to complete the transaction.
Ans: Mobile banking fund transfer limit is maximum INR 200000.
