How to Register for Kotak Net banking
Kotak provides two options to their customers for net banking registration. You can choose any of the options given below
Option 1: By calling customer care
You can request for Net Banking registration by calling our Customer Contact Centre – 1860 266 2666 (24×7) or +91 22 6600 6022.
Option 2: Submit request form at branch
You can submit form requesting for net banking registration at your branch. You can download and fill the channel access request form. The channel access request form is available separately for individuals and for limited companies, associations, trusts, partnerships, sole proprietorships & HUFs etc.
After completely filling up the form, you can directly submit it at your home branch or drop the form in drop box.

How to Login to Kotak Net Banking
After you are successfully registered for Kotak Net banking, you can easily login to your account.
Step 1: Visit official web portal of the bank at www.kotak.com
Step 2: Click on login link in the right upper corner
Step 3: Enter your CRN or Customer ID and net banking Password
Step 4: Click on Login
You can also choose option to login to your internet banking account using your username and net banking password or forex card and password.
How to reset Kotak Net banking Password
Step 1: Visit official portal of the bank www.kotak.com and click on ‘Login’ on the top right corner.
You will be directed to login page for internet banking.
Step 2: On this page click on the link ‘Register for net banking’ under new user section present at the bottom.
Step 3: This is the page for online net banking registration and password generation, on this page you will have to enter any of the details as follows.
Your CRN number/Customer ID
Or
Username
Or
Forex Card number
& enter the captcha code and check the ‘Terms and Conditions’ agreement
Click on Continue.
Step 4: Next step is to verify your details. Out of given 4 options, you will have answer any two
- Enter your Date of Birth
- Your mother’s maiden name
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email id
Click on continue.
Step 5: Choosing the method
Here you will have to specify the method by which you want to generate the password for Kotak net banking
You can choose any of the following options
- Debit Card/Virtual Debit card details
- Security Questions
- Credit Card Details
- Forex Card details
- Physical PIN
Step 6: Enter new password
After you complete the step 5, you will receive email on your registered mail id which will contain a 6 character password. You have to use these 6 characters and 6 characters of your own as a combination to login to your net banking account.
You will be prompted to change this password after you login for the first time after password generation.

Basic account transactions: You can check your account balance along with many other options such as view account activity, account details, un-cleared fund details, cheque status and current exchange rates. Bank account statement can be downloaded for specified period.
Fund Transfer: You can easily transfer money using the fund transfer facility by Kotak Mahindra bank. The facility allows you to send RTGS/NEFT using online mode. You can transfer funds within bank or to third party easily with this service.
Cheque book: With online banking cheque book request can be placed easily. Customers can even stop the cheque payment request for particular cheque directly.
Open Term Deposits: As a customer of Kotak bank, you will be able to check RD rates and choose the best fitting option for you. It is easy to create Recurring deposit account for available time period. Amount will be debited from your account regularly or you can set instructions for payment through your third party accounts.
